Meeting Documents 2023

The Humboldt Bay Harbor, Recreation, and Conservation District's Board of Commissioners meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM (closed session starts at 5:00 PM). Meetings are held in person at 601 Startare Drive, Eureka, California 95501.
