All foreign departed sailing vessels, motor vessels, and aircraft, both commercial and private, must announce arrival and departure intentions directly to the office during normal working hours. Sailing or motor vessels on cruising permits can report after normal hours by leaving a detailed message (cruising license number, name of vessel, and name of crew and passengers). Reports of suspicious activity can be taken telephonically or at the office located at 317 Third Street, Suite #6, Eureka, CA 95501 (between E & D street, Downtown District).
